The Nigel Brown Cookery School has a range of fantastic courses which are being offered to those taking their first steps in the kitchen and wanting to learn how to cook the easy way all the way through to advanced skills and presentation techniques. All the courses are hosted by top chef Nigel in his own kitchen in North Lincolnshire and offer you the chance to spend time in his home enjoying the pleasure of cooking.
These exclusive courses are run for a maximum of 6 students to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve and include an academy apron, recipe booklet, certificate, refreshments and lunch.
